Koottaan approached us to help shape the identity of their new sister restaurant, created as a relaxed counterpart to their established fine-dining Indian offering. Inspired by the vibrant street food culture of Kerala, the brand needed to feel friendly, approachable and full of character, encouraging guests to drop in for a quick lunch, a warming speciality chai, or an easygoing evening meal.

We developed a new logo, comprehensive brand guidelines, stationery, and restaurant signage that capture the spirit of Kerala’s flavours while keeping the tone welcoming and relaxed. The result is a brand that feels rooted in tradition yet accessible to all, supporting Koottaan as they expand their hospitality experience into a more casual, contemporary setting.
