Guildhall Shopping Centre Exeter wanted to completely refresh their brand, developing a modern and cohesive identity that reflected the centre’s role as a vibrant community destination.

A key part of the project was the creation of a new wayfinding and signage system, designed using a vibrant block-colour pattern to bring warmth, clarity and energy to areas that previously felt a little muted. The bold yet friendly palette was carefully considered to appeal to the wide mix of visitors who enjoy the Guildhall every day, making navigation easier while creating a more uplifting experience throughout the centre.

Alongside this, we produced a full suite of posters, digital communications and print marketing, ensuring every touchpoint felt consistent, welcoming and engaging.

The result is a revitalised brand that feels contemporary, accessible and full of character, strengthening Guildhall Shopping Centre’s presence at the heart of Exeter.
